Mundi Trio take to the road this February with Arts On Tour New Zealand and Eastwoodhill is thrilled to be hosting a live music event in Tairāwhiti!

Filled with joy and exuberant energy, Mundi Trio has captured hearts across the land and far-flung seas, touring and performing extensively. They will transport you through their joyful music to ancient times and places where the beat of the drum and the haunting flute rings out across a star-studded sky.

Mundi Trio comprises Brazilian percussionist Ricardo Stuani, guitarist and dancer Chris Dabinett and flautist/ vocalist/ percussionist/ dancer and composer Tamara Smith. They will perform a new series of compositions that weave together flutes and percussion into a sizzling array of dueling Brazilian/African percussion with hypnotic guitar, and vocal melodies.

Enjoy a glass of wine or juice on arrival and nibbles.

Adults $35, Children (5-14years) $15
Starts 7pm.
There will be two 45min sets with an interval.

This event will be held inside the Visitor Centre or Cafe area and is NOT weather dependent. 🙂
