Whether you are travelling or visiting on your own, as a couple or a group, Eastwoodhill is a stunning place to stay, relax and enjoy an outdoor experience. All of our rooms are tidy, clean, well turned out and have access to the common areas – bathroom amenities, kitchen, living spaces and laundry. We can cater for groups up to 20 and catering can be supplied on request. Eastwoodhill provides an inspirational environment for art and craft groups, study groups, walking groups, or groups of friends after some quality time together.

No food or drink is available at Eastwoodhill unless on prior request – please organise purchasing supplies before arrival as the closest food store is 30km away.

 

 

Advance bookings are essential.

Linen and towels are supplied.

Studio Unit

Studio unit with ensuite (king size bed that converts to two singles on request). The studio has a closed-in porch that opens to a large courtyard. Bed linen provided.


$110 per night plus a $10 entry fee to the arboretum per person.

 

Twin Room

The twin room sleeps two in twin bed arrangement. Bed linen provided. 

$60 per night plus a $10 entry fee to the arboretum per person.

 

Bunkroom

Two bunk rooms that sleep eight in each. Bed linen provided. 

$25 per person per night plus a $10 entry fee to the arboretum per person.

The common areas are available to all rooms. There is a fully-equipped shared kitchen and common room facilities (including woodburner).

Please remember to pick up your supplies on the way - the closest shops are in Gisborne, 35km from the arboretum. 

 

Our catering team ‘Tasty Leaf Caterers’ can prepare delicious snacks, lunches and evening meals by prior arrangement.
